Elizabeth Seddon

Liz has over 20 years of experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and has advised clents on a broad range of regulatory investigations and complex commercial disputes in the Victorian Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, the New South Wales Supreme Court, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. Prior to moving to Australia, Liz worked in London and specialised in banking litigation.
During her legal career, Liz has worked on a variety of sports law matters and recently completed the Law Masters subject “Sports Integrity and Investigations” at the University of Melbourne. Liz is also a member of the Water Polo Australia Nominations Committee, a former director of Squash Australa and former member of the Football Victoria Disciplinary Tribunal.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Liz was Liverpool University Netball Club Captain and played representative netball at country and regional level in England.
